We are The Janitor Company, previously Joe McChurch, Inc. We are proud to carry on the exceptional customer service and quality of work we are known for under a new name and with expanded management. Joe McChurch, Inc provided janitorial and flooring maintenance and installation services for over 30 years and we are honored to continue the legacy he has left. With the name change comes another exciting change as well. We are expanding our services list to include building maintenance services and our service area beyond the Des Moines Metro to include the entire state of Iowa and the surrounding states in the Midwest.
